Probematic students
Teaching is not an easy job due to the management of a group of people who behavior changes from one student to another. One nine-year-old student and one eleven-year-old student are the most problematic learners in my class. The problem starts when they are closed; the young one whispers some things that make the older one mad. Consequently, the order’s reaction is very aggressive and punches him in the arm. It generally happens when they finish the English exercises and the other ones did not. It is also important to mention that they are friends and like working together because they finish quickly; both of them are very good students. When this problem pops up, I separate them and make them work in the book. As a result, they prefer to pretend they are working and sometimes help the other ones. Another thing that I have done is to say them that if they fight in the class, I am going to go down their grades. However, I have already done that but they have not changed.

Reflection #1
Learning is a mental process in which learners can acquire and produce knowledge to solve problems and face life. Moreover, this knowledge improves their skills and the learners also can put it in practice.
Teaching is a process that is constituted by a variety of methods the trainer use, and the objective is to make learners acquire and construct knowledge.
Language is not only a communicative system which can be used just for human beings but it also is an art to express the power of our minds.
Students’ role: they should have a personal interest for the topics that are learning. Besides, they should be researchers and interactive with the teachers.
Teachers´ role: in my case, I feel I should have a strong character. However, I am very friendly, easy going and sympathetic. What I want to be is an example for them so I am very responsible. It also implies that I have to be a guide for them and give them the tools to make easy their process of learning.
Qualities of a good teacher:
- Teachers should loves his job
- Teachers should be honest
- Teachers should work smart and not hard
- Teachers should listen to learn
- Teachers should use a variety of methods to teach
- Teachers should be creative
- Teachers should be patient
- Teachers should lift learners up
- Teachers should equilibrate their emotions
- Teachers should be a tool for learning
Interactions: we have a good relationship. Although sometimes students argue, I try to make them be polite. When they have a doubt I also try to make them feel comfortable and self-confident to ask.
Rewarding aspect of teaching: when you realize that students who did not know anything about English, at the end of the course they learn something. Moreover, some experiences that make you grow up as a person.
For my good students have to work a lot, they have to do the homework, and be autonomous learners. Furthermore, they have to be active, respectful and have a positive attitude.
Training for teachers: I think we should have a variety of tools and know how to use them in the process of teaching. Furthermore, we should know about psychology and how to manage big groups, and we also know how to evaluate them.
Probably the support you have is your students who like your classes.
The best way to learn a language is to love what you are learning, to have a good attitude and to be able to work enough for that. In addition, learners should be young, and work in all the skills learning requires.
Different Dialects of English should be thought. It’s better to know how these dialects function and make you understand better their cultures.
So far I know I have to change some aspects when I am teaching; one of them is to have a stronger character. Another one is to know more about methods and applied them.

A Hard Training
If a child gets a basic knowledge and wants to learn something in advance, he or she has to follow a progression which functions step by step without skipping them. Therefore, not only the capacity of learning has to be considered as an important issue but teaching also becomes a vital role in the learning process, and they complement each other. Although human beings have the ability to learn what they want, some topics are easier than others to learn. For that reason, the learning process depends on some factors such as technology, methodology, setting, involvement, high of difficulty and others.
Taking into account my process of L2 acquisition in high school, I did not have any trouble learning it due to the easy topics and poor tools. The setting was comfortable, clean and well-lighted. Although there were around forty female students, the classroom remained silent because of strictness. The teacher typically gave us worksheets in class, and sometimes homework. Besides, she focused on grammar and vocabulary section. There were some problems in this class; one of them was that she spoke Spanish all the time least when we were reading something. Another one was the poor technology because we did not practice listening exercises and speaking. However, in that moment I did not feel worried about and I just enjoyed the class since I like English.
Having Dealt with English at university, it was a hard job and was totally different from my school. Considering the teacher´s behavior, she spoke English all the time, she made us spoke English by preparing short presentations and everyday she gave us homework. The setting was clean and well lighted as my school. However, there were about seventeen students in class. In this class, we had to elaborate laboratories by computer, and to practice more listening activities. Moreover, the topics were more complex than in my school. As a result, I was completed stress out, and I felt shy to involve in the class. Nevertheless, those activities help me understand better this language. Consequently, I did my best and made an effort to tackle those difficulties.
In conclusion, although there are obstacles in life, human beings can do what they want. Moreover, challenges make your spirit alive. In case of education, these learning institutions develop different levels of complexity in the topics. Therefore, engage, setting, technology, methodology and others contribute with a better learning. As a result, if you have the adequate tools and desire to learn something, it will be easier for you to achieve your goals.
